All rides booked through the Famly Driver app are covered by our comprehensive insurance and safety protocols.
Ride & Safety

Yes! Every ride is tracked in real-time using GPS. You can share your ride details with Famly members for added peace of mind.

Absolutely. Our drivers undergo rigorous background checks, vehicles are inspected regularly, and our safety team monitors all rides 24/7.

The app shows real-time connection status between you and your driver. If connectivity drops, our team is automatically alerted.

The app includes a safety lock feature. In an emergency, press and hold the SOS button for 3 seconds to alert our emergency response team.
Payments & Perks

We accept all major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, UPI payments, net banking, and cash. You can manage your payment methods in the app settings.

Go to your booking details and tap on "Payment Method" to switch between available payment options before the ride ends.

Friday Payment is our weekly payment cycle for drivers. All pending payments are processed every Friday for completed rides.
