The driver or the company will not be responsible for accidents or deaths caused by sudden and emerging illnesses that occur to the client during the trip.

The driver or the company will not be responsible for any mechanical failure of the vehicle or any accidents or natural disasters that occur during the trip without the driver's fault. If any assistance is required for a legal matter, assistance can be obtained from the company's legal department.

During security checks, if any illegal drugs, firearms, or any other illegal substance or activity is found in the vehicle or in the possession of the client or his/her passengers, the client shall be held fully responsible.
