They are as follows:

• You can get services by the number of kilometers or as packages, and the client must pay the due amount in Sri Lankan currency or through a valid bank card.

• If the driver cancels the trip after reaching the relevant destination, the relevant amount of the trip must be paid to the company.

• The client must have a valid license for the vehicle, and if the driver has to pay traffic fines for that reason, it must be borne by the client.

• The client has the right to check the driver's driver's license or membership ID card at any time.

• It is mandatory for passengers in the front seat to wear seat belts.

• The driver should not be asked for personal information and should not be offered food, drinks, cigarettes, or alcohol.
